Enabling the maximum employee discount

  1. Click “Sales” from the main menu.
  2. Click “Sales Settings”.
  3. Click on “Employees Maximum Discount”.
  4. Click on “New Maximum Discount”.
  5. Enter the maximum discount details as follows:
    • Employee: select the employee that you wish to add a discount limitation to.
    • Discount: enter the maximum discount allowed to be entered by that employee.
  6. Click “Save” once you are done.
    • This setting will take place when you are or editing an invoice”. For more info, check the guide.
  • Notes:
    • The discount applied is percentage only and not an amount.
    • The discount percentage is applied to the total of the invoice and not as a discount on a specific item
