Sending an Invoice to a Client via WhatsApp

Prerequisites

Make sure the “WhatsApp” application is installed on the device you are currently using to send the invoice.
Activate the “Send Invoices and Estimates via WhatsApp” Setting in “Sales Settings“.

Make sure the client you are sending the invoice to has a “Mobile” number stored in their profile on the system.
- For more information, please refer to the tutorials “Adding a Client” or “Editing a Client” to add the client’s “Mobile” number in their details.

Select “Sales” from the navigation menu.
Click “Manage Invoices“.
Select the invoice you wish to send.
Click the button “Send Via WhatsApp“.
- The system redirects you to the WhatsApp application with the “Invoice Link” added as a message to the selected client.
  - Click the Send icon on WhatsApp.
    - Note that the “Send Via WhatsApp” button will not be displayed in case the client being sent the invoice does not have a “Mobile” number stored in their profile.
