About Salary Structures
As an HR user, creating a Salary Structure makes your job easier while creating contracts for employees.
You can create a custom salary structure, for instance, for a certain employee category, designation or department, set the salary structure’s components whether they are earning or deduction, and find this data auto-filled in contract creation once you select this salary structure. You can still make edits as needed.
