To redeem a client's loyalty points as a discount in an invoice
- Select “Sales” from the navigation menu.
- Select “Create Invoice“.
- Input the invoice details and client following the tutorial “Creating an Invoice“.
- Note that as you select the client, the client’s details expands and their earned Loyalty Points are displayed automatically. [ x⭐ Client Loyalty]
- Input the invoice items details as required.
- Input the “Client Loyalty” number of points you wish to redeem according to the available points, under the tab “Discount & Deposit“.
- Note that a discount amount is displayed in the “Discount” field under the the tab “Discount & Deposit” and reflects in the invoice total amount according to the settings of points-discount amount conversion.

- Proceed with the invoice details as required.
