What Is the AI Upload Feature? And Which Form Types Does It Support?
The AI Upload feature allows you to create transactions within the system from a scanned document instead of entering the information manually. AI extracts the data from the document and pre-fills the form for you to review and save.
The feature works as follows:
- Upload the document from the page of the desired form type using the AI Upload option.
- AI extracts the line items, quantities, prices, taxes, and Client or Supplier information, then matches them with the data registered in your account.
- You can make manual adjustments when needed, such as selecting the Client or Supplier, adding a new product, or correcting the tax match.
- Review the pre-filled form, fill the remaining fields manually, then save the form as usual.
Supported Transaction Types:
- Sales: Sales Invoice, Sales Order, Quotation, and Credit Note.
- Purchases: Purchase Invoice, Purchase Order, Purchase Quotation, and Purchase Debit Note.
Note: AI Coins (AIC) are deducted once the document has been successfully processed and are recorded in the AI Coins Consumption Report. Forms created using AI Upload are marked with an AI badge in the transaction lists. Payment and loyalty points sections are also left for manual entry.
