Is the transaction saved automatically after processing?

No, the transaction is not saved automatically. The system includes a review step to ensure the accuracy of the transaction data.

• After processing is complete, the system displays a pre-filled form containing the extracted data, including items, quantities, prices, taxes, and the client or supplier.
• Review the form to verify the accuracy of the extracted data and correct any unmatched records, if necessary.
• Complete any fields that are not processed by AI, such as Loyalty Points or Payment Details.
• Click Save to complete the transaction — just as you would when creating any form manually.

Note: AIC are deducted when document processing is completed, before you save the transaction. This means that document processing counts toward your AIC consumption even if you decide not to save the transaction.
